These terms apply to use of the public KORBI website from 15 October 2026. The website is operated by Nova Technologies SH.P.K, Bill Clinton H10/10, Prishtina, Kosovo, registration number 812403062. Contact: info@korbi.agency.

The KORBI Partner Network has separate versioned partner terms and privacy information. A client project is governed by its separately accepted written agreement. A form submission or AI conversation does not create a project contract or approve partner status.

Website information

The site describes KORBI’s services, work and approach. It is general information, not a binding offer, project proposal, professional advice or guarantee of a particular result. A project begins only when the parties agree to its scope and terms in writing.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, or use another person’s information without permission. Do not submit false or harmful material through an inquiry or partner application.

Content and external links

The site’s text, design, brand assets and project materials are owned by Nova Technologies SH.P.K or used with permission. You may view them for personal or business evaluation, but may not copy, republish or commercially use them without written permission.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. KORBI does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Availability and responsibility

We may update, suspend or remove site content or functionality. The site is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, KORBI is not responsible for indirect loss arising from reliance on general website information or temporary unavailability.

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or deliberate misconduct.
