Read the privacy noticeWhat this site stores
KORBI uses storage for sign-in, Ask KORBI conversation sessions, interface preferences and navigation. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies. Internal operational reporting uses records already created by the service, not optional browser tracking. The storage notice explains this use; acknowledging it is not consent to tracking and does not enable optional services.
Conversation-session cookie
Ask KORBI uses the HttpOnly korbi_ai_session cookie to associate your browser with your private conversation and prevent unauthorized submissions. It expires after seven days. The cookie contains a random credential, not the conversation text. Blocking it prevents the AI conversation from working; ordinary contact and partner application forms remain available.
Sign-in cookies
When an administrator signs in, a secure, HttpOnly session cookie keeps the private workspace authenticated. The session expires after 8 hours at most and is also ended after 30 minutes without activity. Signing out removes the session.
When a partner signs in, the sign-in service may set its own functional session cookies. These are used only to authenticate the partner portal; their expiry follows that session service’s settings.
Preference cookie
The private workspace may store a first-party sidebar_state cookie for up to 7 days to remember whether its navigation sidebar is open. It contains a display preference, not personal or account data.
Browser storage
- korbi:storage-notice — local storage records the notice version and acknowledgment date. Acknowledgment is valid for 180 days; the stored entry remains until replaced or cleared. A new version, expiry or clearing storage makes the notice appear again. Reopen it using Storage notice in the footer. It is not an advertising or analytics identifier.
- korbi:reduce-effects — local storage remembers the motion preference you select with the Reduce effects control. It remains until you change or clear it.
- korbi:partner-lang — local storage remembers the language preference selected for the partner portal until you change or clear it. The public site language is shown in the URL and is not saved as a browser preference.
- korbi:scroll — session storage preserves scroll positions while navigating the site. It is scoped to the current browser tab session.
- korbi:arrive and korbi:rise — short-lived session markers used for page-transition presentation; they are removed when read and are not sent to the server.
- korbi:contact-draft, korbi:partner-application-draft and korbi:ask-draft — session storage may retain unfinished contact or partner form fields, or unsent Ask KORBI text, in the current tab. The drafts are not sent to KORBI until you submit or send them; they are cleared after submission or when the tab session ends.
How to control storage
Use the Reduce effects control in the footer to change that preference. You can also clear cookies and browser storage in your browser settings. Blocking sign-in cookies prevents access to the admin or partner portal. Blocking browser storage prevents preferences and unfinished drafts from being saved or restored, but does not prevent you from submitting a form.
No third-party analytics or advertising storage is currently used. If optional tracking is introduced, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before it is used.
